The success of our club relies on the collective effort and participation of our families. We operate on a cooperative model, where parents contribute their time and talents to help run activities and events. This keeps our costs down and builds a stronger sense of community and ownership.

Volunteer Point System:

Each family is asked to contribute 25-30 volunteer points per year. Points are earned by participating in various activities, such as:

• Leading or assisting weekly kids' workshops
• Facilitating monthly parent workshops
• Helping with quarterly family event planning, setup, or cleanup
• Serving on the core planning committee or communication team
• Managing supplies, check-in, or other administrative tasks

Volunteer Buy-Out Option:

We understand that not all families can commit time to volunteering. For those who prefer, a buy-out option is available for an additional $50.00 per family per month. This fee helps us cover the cost of securing external support for tasks that would otherwise be handled by volunteers.
