Facilities and Rentals
UUCA is proud of its mid-century modern facilities and in addition to being a busy congregation we welcome community groups into our space for meetings, presentations, concerts and other events. Depending on availability, the church building and smaller spaces are available for rental.
We offer level, accessible facilities, and we maintain our commitment to being a welcoming community and operating sustainably. Rental fees are based on the rooms used and the time required. Rates are scaled for nonprofit use and/or money -Making activity.
We will do everything we can to make your use of our space convenient and comfortable. We ask that users respect our facility and follow the building use guidelines in the Rental Agreement Contract.
UUCA Rental Rates
Sanctuary $160/day or evening
(Capacity approximately 150) $200/ day and evening
$100 deposit (refundable*/returnable**)
$200 refundable deposit if food or drinks are present
$35 non-refundable custodial fees
Common Room/Kitchen $135/ day or evening
(Capacity approximately 65) $50 deposit (refundable*/returnable**)
Classrooms Fees are per Room and up to 3 hours:
$35 for Room 1-2 (Capacity approximately 20)
$20 for Room 3 (Capacity approximately 10)
*Amounts include basic custodial fee
**Deposit is refundable upon cancelation up to two weeks prior to beginning of rental agreement date
Deposit is returnable upon final acceptable end/completion of rental agreement**
